Located at 1959A Metropolitan Parkway in Atlanta, Metro Fitness offers a diverse selection of top-of the-line cardio equipment, a complete strength training circuit with STEEL weights, locker rooms, fully equipped restrooms with showers, weight management tools, smoothie bar and more! The gym also offers kid friendly fitness activities as well as sports conditioning for school aged children. But the fun doesn’t stop there. Metro Fitness members also has access to enjoy other activities within the Metro Fun Center, which consists of skating, bowling, laser tag, pool, Playland and much more at discounted prices. Hammer Strength

Hammer Strength has been building athletes for more than 25 years. Not just
elite athletes, but those with the focus and determination to want to train
like one.

It is rugged performance strength training equipment that takes what
athletes dish out and helps exercisers get to where they strive to be.
Hammer Strength moves the way the body is meant to move and rewards hard
work with results. Results that elite athletes have been relying on for
nearly three decades.

OUR FEATURES CLASSES

Circuit Training

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurancetraining or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics.

Bootcamp

Effective kind of group training. The technique uses traditional exercises that use body weight, interval and strength training.

Aerobic

Complex of gymnastic exercises, which consists of aerobic movements to rhythmic music, helping to set the right tact for proper exercise.

Strength training and Conditioning

Strength training is a type of physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles.

Football Training camp

Building team’s spirit and collaboration, in addition to providing a good athletic improvement.
